1. Email inviting you to join us on Practice Better.

Creating an account on Practice Better will allow you to access the following resources from your phone, computer, or tablet at any time:

  • Schedule or reschedule appointments

  • Secure, direct messaging with your dietitian

  • Summary of goals from your visit

  • Food and symptom journals

  • Access to handouts and other resources

  • View and pay invoices

  • Option for telehealth video sessions (if needed)

2. Email containing links to our new client paperwork.

You can also access these forms from your client portal after creating a Practice Better account. Please complete these forms in their entirety. This information will help your dietitian be prepared and ready to best assist you at the time of your visit. If forms remain incomplete 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
