Hello there!
I'm Anna Binder-McAsey, registered dietitian and owner of Rethink Nutrition.

When I was in college studying to become a dietitian, I found myself struggling with debilitating fatigue, widespread pain, and daily migraine headaches.

Flash forward to today and not only did I learn to eliminate my own symptoms through changes to my lifestyle, but I now have the pleasure of helping my clients do the same. I understand the path that they've been on and can guide them forward to a place of true relief and healing.

Our entire Rethink Nutrition team is dedicated to helping our clients learn how to live in a way that helps them feel their best.

In my case, that's working with clients who struggle with gastrointestinal (GI) disorders and immune system dysfunctions such as fibromyalgia, eczema, inflammatory conditions, and autoimmune diseases.

I feel strongly that people shouldn't have to settle for less than ideal when it comes to their health. "Symptoms" are not normal. They're our body's way of telling us that something is not right. By truly listening to the symptoms, sorting through past history, and taking a detailed look at the current lifestyle, we can build a path towards thriving and not just surviving.

I'll cheers to that!

Did you know we can work with you remotely?
